What does the company do well?
We like the way Xero has done to our company, it has been a totally good solution, developed in the cloud for the use of those who have a cloud mentality. The user interface is good and friendly, but robust enough for the rigorous reports and functionality requirements of any accountant.
What does the company not do well?
We have analyzed that we do not like that the system does not allow excess payments or that the open credits remain in the accounts. In addition, I find that purchase orders often remain open even after a final bill has been created, which occasionally leads to confusion.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Xero is in a unique position as a cloud-based solution with a series of integrations that provide valuable services off the side of accounting compliance. Everything, from the payment of invoices to analysis and intelligence, Xero has a very robust ecosystem of applications. Xero facilitates the creation of a durable and easy-to-use foundation for any small or medium-sized company. The system is easy to implement and the development of customer training knowledge can be done easily either in person or virtually.
