What does the company do well? They are innovators. They often come up with changes that I didn't know would help me run my business more smoothly. Their support team is also fast and very helpful!
What does the company not do well? I have been with PIke13 since they were Front Desk and over four years. There are some glitches/bugs but when notified they are quick to get them fixed.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Nothing. I am part of a franchise parent company and they enlisted Pike13's services. I have been very happy with the product, their service and also received a one time VERY IN DEPTH training from the CEO when they first started. I feel like that put me light years ahead of the game.
