What does the company do well? Highrise makes it very easy for us to keep up with all of the contacts in our database. Additionally, it's a simple process to add tasks for team members that will be triggered by an email. Outside emails can also be forwarded directly to a profile in Highrise so that we can keep everything in one place.
What does the company not do well? It's not as configurable to our process as we would like. Unless we upgrade, our entire team can edit and change a profile, which is not good (everyone has the same permissions). It would be nice for every plan to have a "read only" for certain team members.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish I'd known that upgrades are costly. The improvements to the software should be provided to all users without a hefty fee.
