What does the company do well? Apologize and promise issues will be resolved.
What does the company not do well? Canceled my subscription last year in Feb or March 2018 still being billed charged every month in Jan 2019. I have continually called them and disputed the charges. Each time I am given an apologize and guaranteed that I will not be charged again. Would not recommend anyone use a PAID subscription with this company.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That I would be continued to be billed after canceling services.
