What does the company do well?
Monday is an excellent Project Management tool that I would recommend to any team or small business to use to track tasks, email communications, software development, social media, marketing, human resources, you name it. It is one of the most comprehensive PM tools that I've used while working as an Executive Assistant and I would love to continue using it for any and all projects.
What does the company not do well?
There isn't a whole lot. The company is always reviewing user comments and questions and providing consistent updates to the software tool to ensure it has new concepts, abilities, board views, integrations, etc. It is a little pricey though, but there are a lot of tools that you get for the price.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had been more familiar with the pricing. While it may be within the price range for my current client, I would not be ready to pay for it on my own. It's hefty for a standard plan at $39/month (and that's only if you have 5 users and pay annually).
