What does the company do well? The company has one of the most user friendly interfaces for ERP/Inventory Management I have come across. For the most part, they make integrating different sales channel into one system very easy
What does the company not do well? We have found some short falls on the finance and reporting side. We work in multiple currencies and the reporting is not able to handle this, they just add up all the costs as one making all financials in these aggregate reports false. They also won't enable us to add in our own manual channel making it difficult to separate different parts of our business that are not amazon, online or ebay
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish we knew that we would not be able to do any reporting with costs for multiple currencies
