What does the company do well? Square has incredible customer support no matter the issue. They Will always follow up immediately via a return phone call or an email, and I appreciate that it’s not automated responses. All of the different features work seamlessly together, and it has suited my small business . Pricing is good, and I find it much more easy to navigate than a bigger company like ADP.
What does the company not do well? There are some updates that they have made lately that make it less intuitive. Often I need to adjust hours for an employee due to not clocking out, and there is no longer an ability to see all hours for the time period. Instead I need to go day by day to check the hours which makes it a bit tedious.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I’ve been happy with Square Payroll, no complaints.
