What does the company do well?
They make a pretty dashboard and website and that's where it ends.
What does the company not do well?
Everything else, they do nothing for the large fees, that include setting up fee, payment processing fee, and several other hidden fees. There is even a dispute fee if and only if you have been a member for a certain amount of time which is not mentioned in the support sections FAQ it's in the ROE. The customers are shady though there are some good people. Example a person wanted to create a music video that animated and they wanted over 3 minutes of animation, hand drawn in 4 days for 250 bucks. Their support staff no nothing about business or how business works they are hired straight off the street. Think in terms of the kid that works at the fast food restaurant handling your dispute of a 3 thousand dollar job.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Everything they are completely shady.
