What does the company do well?
Pipedrive provides customers with a powerful CRM, that does not require a tech person to setup, is simple to use, all for $12 per seat (Silver Level). Furthermore, Pipedrive provides you with a simple .CSV template file for importing data from external sources. Pipedrive also provides you with a simple tool for generating custom web forms that will appear in a user selected endpoint. Lastly, customizing deal, company and name entry fields is a breeze, and the UI is so intuitive that even a layman would easily be able to navigate.
What does the company not do well?
Reporting at the Silver Level is limited. Email tracking and functionality is also limited at the silver level. Unfortunately the added services offered from the Gold and Platinum seat levels are, IMHO, primarily utility value/at the very least do not justify price points of $29 & $59 per seat respectively.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing. The how to videos are excellent and the back-end service and support is great. A++
