What does the company do well?
Makes running my business easy with an easy to use interface. Easily connect job numbers to payables and then easily add markup and add to invoices.
What does the company not do well?
Unless you pay for a subscription you can't speak to technical support without paying. You can however send an email question and they do get back to you within a couple of days (if you can wait that long)
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I started using this program before Quickbooks was popular and made for Mac users. I wish that I had known that Quickbooks was going to become the go-to accounting software for most people (my accountant included) and I might have gone with that. I'm pretty entrenched with AccountEdge so probably won't be switching any time soon.
