What does the company do well? Vonage and it's purchased affiliates really perform well for Small to Enterprise class VOIP system. Providing a solid phone system with minimal end-user management. Their web-portal for management is very simplistic, solutions provided are efficient, and support is very proficient. The mobility and unity features are a wonderful bonus, same with conferencing systems. IF you need it, they likely have it all available in the "cloud"... Including international DID.
What does the company not do well? The roll-out task for our side was a little straggled, as it was more complex being international as well as stateside. They did manage, however, to get the "ducks in a row", and the project was only delayed roughly 2 months time. Project management might need some extra help- otherwise, the rest of the process was smooth.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Tax-Rates on VOIP, per state, per installation, per country too would have been helpful to know before hand. The physical product is grand, but that information would have helped get more realistic costs.
