What does the company do well?
FastSpring is working out pretty well for us right now. It's stable. We create software and sell it online. FastSpring takes care of all the payments, fraud checks, refunds and bundle promos. The checkout is fully on their end. Because they have been in the industry for a long time, we trust their payment system and so do our customers.
What does the company not do well?
They could do a better job on the user experience of their UI. Even with the new updates, it's still not very thought out. On top of that, it's 2019 and mobile is taking over. Unfortunately, the dashboard is not a very good experience when viewing from a phone.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
It'd be nice to know that the checkout process is on their end. And as a result, we are not able to properly track where the sales come from and from which particular page lead them to a sale.
