What does the company do well? The flexability of options for installation is amazing. I implemented Fonality for my business 2 years ago from a pervious VOIP provider. Our last system was like an analog phone system, now with Fonality we have organized queues, better call routing and a professional menu to guide customers. It has allowed us to reduce call center staff by 40% and provide a much better customer experience! You can route calls to a computer's mic or to your cell phone.
What does the company not do well? Rarely it does fail, In 2 years we lost about 2 hours of up time during crucial hours. When the server crashes, no calls can be processed or diverted. It potential can cost sales. The installation takes some technical experience but the setup agent with Fonality walked us through the process
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish I had a preview of the server side process to better evaluate Fonality to competitors. Also compatibility with out IT infrastructure / router and potential latency. Although these were never issues but just an unknown for making the decision to purchase
