What does the company do well? The most important thing is the remote assistance of mobile devices. This is very important for help clients. Easy to use and works also for mobile phones.
What does the company not do well? I know that the program is intentionally limited, but I would like there to be more options for technicians, or at least the ability to add more features at additional costs for those who want it.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I have a subscription query, but I've tried the live chat that only the waiting time runs out without anyone responding and the account manager emails that say they can respond have not received a response.
