What does the company do well?
Keap (Infusionsoft) understands small businesses and need to automate disparate parts of a small business. When I needed to convert hundreds of our customers from a one-time fee to a recurring subscription, Infusionsoft was able to automate the process from the first email to the point of the customer opting in to the subscription.
What does the company not do well?
Sometimes the many possibilities can be overwhelming to a new user. The Infusionsoft software has limitless possibilities. The Infusionsoft Payment option--via WePay--is sometimes confusing and makes it a lot less convenient to use than Authorize.net.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had known that graphical charts would not be available when viewing reports.
