What does the company do well? When I originally signed up when it was Fonality, my sales contact and initial customer service contact were good to work with. The equipment that came with the agreed service were good quality phones and equipment.
What does the company not do well? Customer service was horrible. I was with Fonality/Netfortris for almost two years, and it became more and more difficult to get any support for any issues that came up. Their online HUB aspect was not user friendly at all, and difficult to modify. Trying to cancel the service and exit the agreement was a very poor experience.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How poor the customer service was going to be and the difficulty in using the online portal.
