What does the company do well?
The POS system is clean and easy to use, especially the payment process.
What does the company not do well?
Customer service is lacking. It sometimes takes weeks/reaching out multiple times before they will respond. They say they will work on the issue you are having and you will not hear from them again. We have had multiple glitches with the system that have never been solved or have taken a very long time to get fixed. The reports in the system need a lot of work and are often very frustrating to use. The dashboard is slow and does not operate efficiently.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
The platform has trouble handling the amount of business we have in our busy months and the reports have to be broken down into small chunks.
