What does the company do well?
It is excellent for billing, controlling your time, the costs associated with a file, depositing money in each file, the list of contacts, contact lists and everything else. It feels a bit short and incomplete in some areas, but they keep improving, so I hope that happens soon. however, it is still the best legal practice software that exists.
What does the company not do well?
Accounting is really adequate, but it should go much further than it does. I would love an integrated check writing program, for example. I do not know why you can not have more than one client per file. It's a small thing, but it bothers me.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We are very pleased that Clio has regularly updated its service and added new features. Although the change was a challenge (what is not software migration?)
