What does the company do well?
The marketing component has had a tremendous positive impact on my business. The text and email reminders ensure we minimize our client no-shows and the email blast generator allows us to market to our guests without having to outsource, thus saving us money. There is also an automated rebooking feature which reminds the guests to book their next appointment, upping sales by 12%.
What does the company not do well?
The book online feature requires the guest to leave a deposit to secure their appointment. Being that they operate in Ireland, the price shows up in Euro on the guests credit card bill, causing some confusion. The deposit amount fluctuates with the dollar.The other thing I wish the software did was integrate with our accounting system Xero, however I’ve been told that is in the plans for this upcoming year.
