What does the company do well? It knows what lawyers want in a matter management system, particularly in relation to workflow and the setting and customising of tasks. We liked ability to create and customise webforms through which the client can populate a matter file is particularly helpful, as is the ability to add data fields.
What does the company not do well? Occasionally there will be an update that causes a helpful feature to change (e.g. losing the ability to use colour fonts in custom data fields), but these are usually rectified promptly.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Nothing really, I've never looked back after moving to AS.
