What does the company do well?
Good question. I only know them from a problem solving standpoint.
What does the company not do well?
Technical resolution. Today, I realized my phone hasn't been ringing much the past few days. Why? Some glitch within their computers allowed my business number to CALL ANOTHER BUSINESS. I would get sporadic incoming calls so I did not think I had an issue until a customer sent me an email and I called and be damned, another company was answering my number. No call forwarding and they're tech support people had zero clue, said they'd have to 'work on it'..sn hour later, still no resolution. I closed the account. Why?..because I utilized my Vonage number as a 'roll to' from the main advertised number for my business. This is my 2nd major issue with Vonage in the past 24 months. How in the hell does my number get ringing to another business.
