What does the company do well? Truly's extremely forward thinking in the VOIP space. They're constantly releasing features focused on both reps and managers. Their attention to detail is incredible and IF there happens to be an issue, their customer experience team is right there to help you out. Like, really....you can catch them whenever you want!
What does the company not do well? At times, they've been too eager to release features without proper testing, so sometimes things break. However, this has only ever happened once so I don't believe it's a reflection of the company or their ability to execute.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Why they weren't around sooner. Honestly...I've used a number of sales dialers and this is by far the most convenient one to use.
