What does the company do well?
Google forms allows easy and quick setup of questions that can be asked in multiple different ways (yes/no, multiple choice, short answer etc) without any specific tech knowledge. The data capture is highly organized as it's dumped into a google sheet and can be exported into excel. So basically easy to setup and easy to gather data very quickly
What does the company not do well?
There is no major conditional logic available on the responses (for example, if you ask "May We Contact You For Additional Information" a no answer would be recorded as no and you move on to the next question. A yes response would ask what times would be best to call. While surveys can be sent out to users via email, the embed onto a website isn't very fancy and most likely won't match the CSS of your website. For survey software that plays better with SquareSpace or Wordpress you may need to look elsewhere.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Since Google Forms is included in our gSuite service, it wouldn't be the end of the world if it doesn't work. We use this more for reaching out via email and we do not embed their forms on our website as the formatting doesn't really match our scheme.
