What does the company do well? Everything. The customization of SFDC is unmatched. It is 100% flexible to the way you want your interface to be shown. User friendly once set up. Salesforce has allowed our organization to see our sales pipeline. From top of funnel (inbound leads, minded leads, leads from trades hows) to bottom of funnel (demos held, opportunities created, closing rates/conversions) we can now effectively make better educated decisions to drive the business forward. We had trialed several other CRMs, but none offered as comprehensive of a package as Salesforce.
What does the company not do well? It does require an investment of time to set up, usually some type of Salesforce Admin. It lacks in visualizations as well, I can generate reports, very canned and limited on visualizing the data. On the expensive end of CRMs.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Time to set up. It is an ongoing process, even a year later.
