What does the company do well?
I have not found anything yet.
What does the company not do well?
The system is completely inconsistent, and has unintuitive. There are so many steps to do the simplest things. We purchased Netsuite for CRM Capabilities. We are a small team of 3, and what should take me 5 minutes, takes half a day to work out and in many instances the system is unable to do the simplest tasks. There are so many unnecessary steps / clicks for each task
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That is is incapable of doing many things we thought it would do, that it is making us extremely inefficient and that on a daily basis we complain about how complicated it is to use.
