What does the company do well? Pipedrive does a great job of managing leads and clients at a price that is amazing. It is great at tracking all contacts with the customer both historically and in the future. It easily syncs with your email and there is a lot of opportunity to customize Pipedrive to fit your specific needs. It also makes sorting/filtering your database simple
What does the company not do well? Pipedrive could do a better job of defining and eliminating duplicate entries. The current process is labor intensive and prone to errors.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The problem with duplicates. I would have handled my database differently.
