What does the company do well? Pipedrive helps me keep track of the deals that I'm working on, files related to those clients and an understanding of the past interactions. For a company that is dealing with a large number of clients there is no better tool that I've found for keeping on top of what I need to focus on. Quite simply I feel more in control of my time and priorities when I'm using pipedrive.
What does the company not do well? I wish there were a better way to see locations on a map on the web version. Pipedrive could use better notifications when assigning tasks to co-workers.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish that I'd had someone from their company or a consultant help to onboard my colleagues, as the employee tasked with the rollout I understand many intricacies that are lost on others within the company. This tool like most CRM's is only as valuable as the input and effort and if you can't get buy-in from your team many of the benefits will be lost.
