What does the company do well?
Customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue all you have to do is call in and they answer right away. Then they will take your screen over while on the call and walk you through it. So nice to have them right there to help when you need it. The software has worked great for dialing our leads. We have several options when using the Dialer. We do a one to one dial on the first attempt and then after that we utilize the Power Dialer. Unfortunately there isn’t an option to text our leads. That would be nice to have. We had to look outside of Five9 to get this done.
What does the company not do well?
We are still having some connectivity issues but I'm confident they will be able to fix them.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We used to be with Five9 and then left them because they didn't integrate with Salesforce. Now they do and we are very happy.
