What does the company do well? Customer service is excellent. They really understand the product and work with you to explain the process.
What does the company not do well? Touchplan is still working towards getting a demo project that is geared towards the design side of a project pull plan. It would really help if that were incorporated in to the training.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Just that it had existed sooner! Works great for our remote employees and clients who need to be involved.
