What does the company do well? CHEAP website and CRM services with emphasis on marketing services
What does the company not do well? Customer service.... Took me over a week to get a response from support or sales rep when trying to cancel my account.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The GUI is awfully outdated. Keeping price in mind, you get what you pay for. If your website is truly just there to say you have one and you don't have much you want to do with it, this might work for you. The CRM also looks much more updated in the demo's that it feels when using it. Overall, they have some good functionality and great reviews, but my experience was awful. As soon as I got in I spent a few days looking at the site and doing updates to get things up and running. Immediately I was frustrated as it took far longer than it should for the things I was doing (I already had a site and was mostly copying and pasting and trying to customize for branding.).
