What does the company do well?
It helps our company to easily track issues we need to be able to easily resolve. Being able to have different boards and allow only certain members on those boards is helpful too. We have boards that we don't want some members to access while we do want them to be able to access others and assign tasks.
What does the company not do well?
We originally started using Trello as a CRM, but quickly realized it wasn't going to work out well for us because the way the tracking is done. We just have a lot more information we need to include and Trello doesn't offer the type of task setting and notes that we were looking for.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
There really isn't anything that has come up that I wish I knew. Probably just that it's not suitable for our company, but we wouldn't have known that without testing it out.
