What does the company do well? Call quality is always fantastic whether I'm using my laptop at work hard wired in or at home using my not so stellar wifi, always crystal clear no calls every drop. Fairly easy to set up new phones/devices on your line as well. The mobile app is great to have on hand to whether just for listening to voicemails or to actually take a call if one happens to come in while you're not near your desk/work phone.
What does the company not do well? Some of the features are not so simple to setup or even turn off. The web launcher for example I've never gotten to work properly. Also it can be fickle with your network, if it doesn't like something about it the program will immediately crash, Still haven't found the issue that caused that one.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Never had any say in what softphone was use my previous companies but I with they would know how much better it is than what they use like Five9, ReadyTalk, or Aircall.
