What does the company do well? We are using this CRM in a Home Improvement retailer, with 25 brick and mortar stores, +400K customers and +1K employees. It handles customer information for Transactions, Loyalty, Logistics, Support and Quotes. It's OpenSource making it a great and robust CRM option for almost any size of company. It's fully customizable.
What does the company not do well? Not the easiest tool to implement, you will probably require some certified expert to help you with the implementation. You will need your own server.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That I was going to require experts for implementation.
