What does the company do well? Ease of use is number one. It's so integrated into Slack at this point that fits seamless and fits very well into Slack's suite of services. Way easier than the original version which was just a standalone app.
What does the company not do well? Sometimes there are connection issues. It's rare, but annoying when they happen. Could simply be our internet service.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? We've been using it since I began at my employer (4 years ago). No real complaints.
