My page sometimes fell in a day up to 5 times. Its support system is fast, but the answers are not effective, once they told me that WordPress Jectpack was the source of the problem, it was unheard of for me to read that and more than one WordPress administered. The firts byte response took more than a second. And the page started to decline the performance level. I was worried and I could not trust PageLy anymore, my site is high traffic and we could not continue like this.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I was staying with them for approximately more than 2 years. It was a long time. Our monitoring system reported more and more page falls. It is difficult to choose a hosting company and more than hosting, you always have to read the reviews, especially the experience of the users.Support of PageLy despite responding very fast, we treated very badly the last weeks, we were disappointed of how often the site fell and had performance problems. In the end they wanted us to pay more than 300 USD for a supposed improvement of plan, that if we did not take it they would deactivate the site.The best decision we made was to move our site to SiteGround where we must admit that everything has changed.
