Build an efficient CRM for a B2B sales person. Too much clicking to do data entry or navigate. It feels like it was designed to marketing appeal not a sales user grinding 8 hours per day.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
In fairness how can you know if you will like a car without a test drive? For instance it is was not possible to understand the nuances of the contact centric architecture where linking of the contact was possible but it take a lot of clicking.
