What does the company do well? It's very intuitive and user friendly. The help desk is very responsive and the program in general is fairly easy to set up. I like the automation option the best it makes it very easy to set up different paths based on how users interact.
What does the company not do well? Honestly, the only thing that is a little confusing is the Forward option within the emails. It does not track a simple forward, you have to embed a link for it to track people clicking that and then adding emails they want to forward to.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Honestly, not much. it integrates with so many software programs.
