What does the company do well?
Mojo Dialer is the perfect tool to reach the most number of prospects in given period of time. We were able to dial up to 250 numbers per hour with triple dialer. That took our efficiency to 1000% compared to dialing manually. Another remarkable feature of this product is it can used as crm. Categorizing warm leads and dead leads made so easy. It also can be integrated with various other marketing tools to capture leads and email/direct mail follow up. Note that the product is a dialer, not lead generation. It works well in pair with lead providers like Redx or Vulcan.
What does the company not do well?
We also tried its data. It is not accurate and mostly focused on realtors. Being a real estate investor, we concentrate on different types of homeowners. Maybe for realtors it would work better.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Cold calling is a major marketing channel in our business to reach homeowners of off market properties. I knew about Mojo not long before I started this business. A lot of people in the industry were talking about it on social media. So I decided to exploit this in my business.
