What does the company do well? The integration of each product, Freshchat included, with every other in the now suite. Freshdesk and Freshservice began as two individual solutions before deciding to consolidate them, and the incoming new solutions from which Freshchat is a member, in suites. The communication and information exchange between Freshchat and the other componentes is almost flawless.
What does the company not do well? The feature requests sometimes take longer than expected to see release candidacy. And the localization of their products (especially the language translations) can be certainly improved.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The growth it experienced! That way, we could've waited and had all solutions consolidated in a single suite (CRM, Service Desk, Chatbots, Voice System, Marketing, etc).
