What does the company do well? Salesforce is really the gold standard for sales CRMs and they provide the most robust tools for sales, marketing automation, and service. It’s also highly customizable to fit any sales process and organization.
What does the company not do well? It doesn’t seem like it’s really focused on small biz customers since there’s only one plan available and it’s expensive compared to other options. Also, it only allows 10 users, which is very limiting.
