What does the software or service do well? It is a good ticketing system full of amazing features and it has a neat interface that is very easy to use. We've always thought that one of the top priorities of a software should be the interface, since it reflects how the rest of the features will work. With Freshdesk, everything is simple and clean. Generating tickets comes with all the needed tools for us. It works with Freshchat, which is one of their other softwares we use for customer service.
What does the software or service not do well? Freshdesk's prices are higher than any other software we have used. Setting up with their other softwares can take time to understand, specially for people with little experience. That this software offered multiple help and tools when it comes to ticketing.
