What does the software or service do well? It both manages registration information and processes payments all in one service. Multiple events can be run and organized through the service and you can look back on registration records for previous events.
What does the software or service not do well? One weakness is requiring each registrant to have an account. It causes the registration process per applicant to take longer, and if you want someone signing up for an event, having a “guest checkout” like online retailers give as an option could be helpful. Also some more features could be added to help with analytics of registrations within and across events
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? I wish I knew that it required a lot more organizational learning on the client end. Some services are very simple but less customizable. This one requires more effort and learning but seems like there is more for us to learn in how to optimize the service, it just takes more time.
