What does the software or service do well? Highspot is very user friendly. It allows for access to a lot of content that make finding what you need easy and user friendly. Its like having a library of knowledge at the click of a mouse. With the ability to track emails it doesn't get any better than what Highspot offers. I sent a proposal to a client who had not been willing to meet me. With the available content that was in the system I was able to give them a preview. By being able to tack the email I knew when the client was looking at the proposal and for how long. I waited until the 2nd time the email was opened and called we setup a meeting and I was able to make the deal.
What does the software or service not do well? Sometimes it doesn’t how to track different contacts on the same email. It would be nice if it tracked each person separate. It can be hard to get someone that has had little to no response to your attempts to contact them to open and email. I have had times where I have sent a proposal with content that would definitely get the attention of a buyer and they do not open the email. In this situation I continue to call and hope to get a few minutes to discuss the email I sent and usually they go back and open it. Most of the time after they take to to look we get an opportunity to meet.
