What does the software or service do well? I guess this software works well, but their support is horrible. The worst customer experience of any industry, even worse the US Airlines

What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? They have NO PHONE SUPPORT, do not send text messages for two-step authentication. This company is cheap and doesn't care about their customers
