What does the software or service do well?
This software is intuitive and has a lot of important tools, such as bulk scheduling. It allows us to make posts that repeat, it has integrations with a lot of social media softwares. It is also possible to log in with multiple accounts from multiple social media. This program is affordable for us and it is very user-friendly.
What does the software or service not do well?
I would like for the analytics to be deeper and have more information. I also dislike that sometimes there are bugs and it doesn't notify you about certain things that are important or sometimes scheduling doesn't work.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
This is a good program considering that we didn't use any of its kind a lot of time before. We would have loved it we would have been aware this software existed before. It is a life-saver despite the lack of some tools.
