What does the software or service do well?
Validate findings on LinkedIn. Also does a good job locating individuals associated with a company.
What does the software or service not do well?
Locate individuals whose job titles accurately reflect the position they fill. This is really a larger problem with LinkedIn - there are always 30 VP of Ops in a large company. Looking at their "c-level" is almost like looking at an entire company. There's also a consistent issue of LinkedIn SN pulling up ppl who PREVIOUSLY worked at the company, but are still coming up in the search. Also the platform frequently crashes or slows down significantly, so much so that it can make working on it pointless for a good hr or so.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
That it is partially integrated with LinkedIn, but not entirely. There are distinctions - and even though I work with it on the daily, there are still times when I'm not sure what the distinctions are. What IS the difference between the two?
