What does the software or service do well?
I have no idea yet and am becoming reluctant to find out. My accountant suggested it, I said OK, she asked me to put my card on the account, I am getting double charges. No phone number, took me hours to find how to raise a support ticket only to get told that they would not refund previous overcharge.
What does the software or service not do well?
Support - can't find anyone. My accountant has been unable to get hold of support. The only way to raise a ticket is so difficult to find. Any email support give no chance to reply as it is a 'no-reply' and the only way to go back to them is to raise another support ticket.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
What their lack of support is like. I would like to have known that they charge you for no use of a subscription when you make a mistake. I would still like to know why they won't refund when there are two accounts with the same company name - one used and one not used
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
No - but I will be looking. I have no trust in a company which uses these tactics.
