What does the software or service do well? I love how easy it is to install and gauge general demand for a product. The opportunity score makes it easy to measure potential at a glance.
What does the software or service not do well? It does not do a good job accounting for seasonality of products, or detecting unusual product demand surges (promos, deals, etc). There were times when it incorrectly gave high opportunity scores to products. I went with that info and realized that it was not accurate.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? I wish I knew that you need to track sales volume for at least a month or two before making a purchasing decision.
