What does the software or service do well? Streamlined and user-friendly in it's functionality. I typically shy away from using prepared content to ensure that what is on our blog is original, for SEO purposes primarily. I decided to utilize an article from your content library for the first time this month. After making a few edits to tailor it for our needs, I published it (very easily, I might add). After reviewing the email blast specs, we found that our CTOR for that email was up more than 300%! We are now looking at ways to weave the content library into our regular posting schedule.
What does the software or service not do well? As a brokerage, we have different needs from agents. The site, since we started using it a few years ago, feels very much like it is an agent site with a slapped on brokerage label. Including contact information for multiple offices is clunky (no easy way to do this in the footer of the site) and there is no way to indicate the listing agent on our listings (which we receive regular complaints about). There are other features as well that are not easily adjustable for our needs that we had to find workarounds for. I understand that these are being addressed (for the most part) with the WYSIWYG editing format, which I'm really excited to take for a test drive. There have been many issues with the CRM; not super brokerage-friendly in some of it's application.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? Not sure that any other knowledge would have changed my mind about the service or deterred me from using it. Overall, I've been really pleased with my experience.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? N/A
