What does the software or service do well? I was turned down applying to Zelle. I was turned over to their service department 4 times. Spent over 4 hours talking to customer service. They denied me without an answer. I’m unable to refuse the money sent to me by a friend. I must wait 2 weeks before it’s automatically redeposited back into my friends account. Don’t use Zelle. I have over a 812 rating in banking.
